Hiyaar Shipping Policy

​Thank you for shopping with Hiyaar! We are committed to delivering your favorite fragrances to you promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below.
​1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
​2. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we only ship to addresses within Pakistan. We are working on expanding our delivery network and will update our policy accordingly.
​3. Estimated Delivery Time
​Standard Delivery: Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
​Please note that these are estimates, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or the courier's.
​4. Shipping Rates & Options
​Standard Shipping: A flat shipping rate of Rs. 200 applies to all orders with a total value under Rs. 3,000.
​Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders with a total value of Rs. 3,000 or more.
​Urgent Delivery: For customers requiring faster delivery, we offer an urgent shipping option. The additional charges for this service will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.
​Our trusted courier partner for all deliveries is PostEx.
​5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number on the PostEx website to track your package's status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
​6. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will coordinate with the courier company to resolve the issue.
​Hiyaar is not liable for packages lost after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the courier.
​7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping fee.
