Hiyaar Return & Refund Policy
At Hiyaar, we value your satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Faulty Items
If a product you receive has any manufacturing fault, it can be returned within 2 weeks of delivery.
Faulty items will be inspected upon return, and a replacement or refund will be issued as appropriate.
2. Damaged Products
If your product is damaged during delivery, the issue will be handled by the delivery company.
Customers should report damaged items immediately via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram.
3. Used Products
Products that have been used cannot be refunded unless they have a manufacturing fault.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are not allowed.
Customers may request a refund for faulty products as outlined above.
