1. Faulty Items
If a product you receive has any manufacturing fault, it can be returned within 2 weeks of delivery.
Faulty items will be inspected upon return, and a replacement or refund will be issued as appropriate.
2. Damaged Products
If your product is damaged during delivery, the issue will be handled by the delivery company.
Customers should report damaged items immediately via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram.
3. Used Products
Products that have been used cannot be refunded unless they have a manufacturing fault.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are not allowed.

2. Orders & Payments
Payments are accepted via Cash on Delivery.
Orders over PKR 3,000 receive free delivery; under PKR 3,000, delivery is PKR 200.
Delivery can take 3 days to 1 week. Faster delivery is available for an additional fee depending on location.
3. Returns & Refunds
Faulty items can be returned within 2 weeks.
Damaged products will be handled by the delivery company.
Used items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Exchanges are not allowed.
4. Product Disclaimer
Bottles may occasionally differ due to stock shortages.
Color differences are rare and do not affect the scent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hiyaar is not responsible for any indirect losses, allergic reactions, or misuse of perfumes.

All Hiyaar logos, name, website content, and materials are owned by Hiyaar.

Hiyaar Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hiyaar! We are committed to delivering your favorite fragrances to you promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we only ship to addresses within Karachi, Pakistan. We are working on expanding our delivery network and will update our policy accordingly.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that these are estimates, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or the courier’s.
4. Shipping Rates & Options
Standard Shipping: A flat shipping rate of Rs. 200 applies to all orders with a total value under Rs. 3,000.
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders with a total value of Rs. 3,000 or more.
Urgent Delivery: For customers requiring faster delivery, we offer an urgent shipping option. The additional charges for this service will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.
Our trusted courier partner for all deliveries is PostEx.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number on the PostEx website to track your package’s status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will coordinate with the courier company to resolve the issue.
Hiyaar is not liable for packages lost after they have been marked as “Delivered” by the courier.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping fee.
